ALSEKA GROUP SARL TRAINING CENTER
The CCBA's skills and entrepreneurship hub
Overview: The ALSEKA Training Center, attached to the Balkano-African Chamber of Commerce, is a structure specializing in skills development, professional training, and entrepreneurship promotion. It serves as the educational and operational arm of CCBA for strengthening human capacities and international talent mobility.
Missions and objectives
- Training and capacity building
- Offer technical and managerial training programs tailored to the needs of African and Balkan markets.
- Develop certified and professional training in priority areas: commerce, agriculture, energy, technology, tourism, culture, and innovation.
- Entrepreneurship and innovation
- Encourage business creation and economic empowerment of youth and women.
- Support project leaders through incubators, mentoring, and practical training.
- Promote the transfer of skills and know-how between the two regions.
- Mobility and international cooperation
- Implement educational and professional mobility programs between Africa, the Balkans, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Organize internships, exchanges, and study trips to strengthen international openness and intercultural understanding.
- Inclusion and employability
- Develop initiatives promoting access to employment, equal opportunities, and economic inclusion.
- Contribute to the training of a new generation of Afro-Balkan economic and cultural leaders.

- Leadership and economic diplomacy
- Represent the Chamber to public, diplomatic, and economic institutions in both regions.
- Promote trade exchanges, cross-investments, and economic cooperation.
- Support the definition and implementation of the Executive Board's strategic directions.
- Position CCBA as a key player in South–South and North–Southeast European dialogue.
- Economic development and international cooperation
- Encourage the creation of economic and institutional partnerships between companies, associations, and governments.
- Support the implementation of joint projects in commerce, agriculture, energy, technology, culture, sport, and tourism.
- Identify, support, and facilitate investment and innovation opportunities.
- Promote a sustainable business ecosystem based on shared growth and inclusion.
Governance and institutional commitment
- Ensure coordination and transparency of the Executive Board's actions and its members.
- Represent the Chamber in international economic forums.
- Strengthen CCBA's institutional reputation and credibility as a driver of interregional cooperation.
